This summer we've decided to try to go hiking as a family.  Our first hike wasn't very successful, but this weekend we decided to try it again.  It seemed to go better.  Rylee still isn't a big fan, but I'm hoping we'll win her over by the end of summer!

Rylee had grandparents day at school.  

Unfortunately Grandma Mason wasn't able to make it.

Lindsey celebrated her 29th birthday.

Rylee celebrated her 1/2 birthday at school.  

When she got home from school she asked where her presents and cake were!

We had a wonderful Easter.

Rylee had her last day of Kindergarten.  Here she is with her teacher Miss Jelke.

Brynnie celebrated her 2nd Birthday with a puppy party.

August

We were able to take our annual trip to the fair in August.

Rylee was an old pro on the horse. She loved her ride.

Bryn got to go on the horse for the first time. She had so much fun that they took her around a few extra times.

And of course we can't go to the fair without riding the carousel. We let the girls each go twice. Brynlee cried each time the ride was over.

We also let the girls play at the water park by our house.

Rylee like the park so much more this summer. She was completely drenched when we left.
Brynlee however was a little uncertain. She was so funny to watch! Maybe next summer she'll get more than her feet wet.

July

This year we took both of the girls to see the fireworks. Brynlee was so content watching them.

Rylee celebrated her 5th birthday. We decided to throw her a party and let her invite some of her friends. Rylee wanted a Cars birthday.

Rylee was so excited to see some of her Rainbow Corner friends. She had a wonderful birthday. We love Rylee and are so glad she's in our family.
